I love when I get to photograph both the maternity & newborn portraits

It’s so incredibly special to document this special time as a new family member will be welcomed. I photographed Jay & Katie’s engagement session previously, so they were used to how I direct them during the photoshoots and were already comfortable with the process. Seeing their family grow is amazing. The maternity photoshoot was taken in a local Boston park outdoors on fall/winter cusp day. The evergreen trees made it have such a natural feel. Once their baby was born, we did a newborn in-home session for an intimate vibe. They had also just bought their first house so these photos commemorate the memories of so many new beginnings all around!
